Terms of Service

Your account

You must give a real email address you control and keep your sign-in secure. One person or company may not open multiple accounts to get around free-tier limits. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Redditoro to spam, harass or deceive people, to break Reddit's rules or any community's rules, to send alerts to addresses or webhooks you do not control, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access to it. How you reply to a lead is your responsibility; follow each community's rules on self-promotion.

What the service does, and does not do

Redditoro reads public Reddit posts through Reddit's official API for the searches and communities your project holds, judges each one against a profile built from your own website, and shows you the ones worth answering with the reason each matched.

It never posts, comments or sends a direct message on your behalf, and it has no feature that could: anything published under your name on Reddit was written and submitted by you, from your own account. Following each community's rules when you do is your responsibility.

Plans, billing and cancellation

There is no free plan and no free trial period. A new account is given one reduced first sweep of a project so you can see what the service finds before you pay for it; after that it needs a paid plan, and an account that is not subscribed has its scanning stopped, because every scan spends real money on data and model calls.

Payments are taken by Creem, which is the merchant of record for this service: Creem sells you the subscription, handles the card, charges any tax due and issues the invoice, under its own terms. We never see or store your card. The subscription starts and is charged on the day you choose a plan, and renews each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, which opens Creem's own portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you with access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it or the first-month terms below apply.

What our AI produces, and the risk that stays yours

The scores, reasons and summaries here are produced automatically from public content and can be wrong. They are a shortlist, not advice: whether a thread is worth answering, and what you say in it, is your judgment.

We do not guarantee that a reply you write after seeing a thread here complies with that community's rules, or that your Reddit account will not be moderated, suspended or banned. That risk is yours, which is one reason the product does not post for you.

Refunds and withdrawal

If your first paid month turns up nothing worth replying to, write to [email protected] within 30 days of that first charge and we will refund it. Beyond that first month, fees are generally non-refundable except where the law or Creem's own refund policy requires it. If you think you were charged in error, write to us within 14 days and we will look at it in good faith.

Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Creem is the seller of record, refunds and withdrawal requests go through Creem; write to [email protected] and we will help you exercise them. When you ask for immediate access to a digital service you agree that performance begins at once, and the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Third-party platforms

Redditoro is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Reddit, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Creem. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and the availability, limits and changes of their APIs are outside our control. Reddit and other names are the trademarks of their owners.

Intellectual property

We own the Redditoro software, brand and content, and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service while your account is active. The open-source code is covered separately by its MIT license. You keep ownership of the content and configuration you create, and grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you.

Suspension

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, put it at risk, or break these terms. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Leads, scores and summaries are generated automatically from public content and may be incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of what you publish, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of any third-party platform's rules.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or create risk or legal exposure. On termination your right to use the service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive, including billing, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, carry on applying.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use the service as a business, the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in, and to be sued only in, the courts of your country of residence where the law so provides. Nothing in your use of the service creates a joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Contact [email protected].
