Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Redditoro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Redditoro.

1. The service

Redditoro is a social-media marketing and brand-visibility tool for Reddit. It:

  • monitors public Reddit posts via Reddit's official API for topics and keywords you configure;
  • drafts suggested reply and post text with AI, and scores how relevant each discussion is to you; and
  • measures your brand's visibility in AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI) and tracks it over time.

Redditoro does not contact anyone on your behalf and sends no direct messages or emails to third parties. Any content is published only as a public comment or post from your own connected Reddit account, either after you review and publish it (from within Redditoro, by copying a draft and posting it yourself, or by writing your own reply) or automatically according to the Auto-pilot rules you enable and configure. You are the author and publisher of that content in every case.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Redditoro. Sign-in is passwordless (magic link or Google), so keeping access to your email account secure is your responsibility. An account is for a single person or entity, and you are responsible for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for anything you publish. You must comply with the rules, terms, and API policies of Reddit and any other platform you use through Redditoro, as well as applicable law. You must review every AI-generated draft before posting. Don't use Redditoro for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, unsolicited private outreach, or any unlawful activity.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse or attempt to break the service: no reselling, sublicensing, or reverse-engineering; no circumventing rate limits or plan limits; no disposable or temporary email addresses; no automated bulk account creation; and no accessing data that isn't yours. We may enforce reasonable technical and fair-use limits to protect the service and other customers.

5. AI-generated content and account risk

Drafts, scores, and visibility analyses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are suggestions, not advice. You must review anything before you rely on or publish it, and you are responsible for the content you publish.

Because you decide what to publish and do so from your own Reddit account, you accept the risks of participating on Reddit. AI-drafted, promotional, repetitive, or off-topic replies, or replies a subreddit's moderators consider low-quality or self-promotional, can be removed or downvoted and can lead to warnings, rate limits, shadowbans, or the temporary or permanent suspension or ban of your Reddit account by Reddit or its moderators. It is your responsibility to review each draft, to judge whether posting it complies with the applicable subreddit's rules and Reddit's policies, and to pace your activity accordingly.

Redditoro does not control Reddit's or any moderator's decisions and is not responsible or liable for any moderation action taken against you or your account, including removed content, lost karma or reach, or the suspension, ban, or loss of your Reddit account. You will not hold Redditoro responsible for such outcomes.

6. Plans and billing

Redditoro is offered on paid subscription plans: Starter ($29/mo), Growth ($79/mo), and Agency ($249/mo), billed monthly. Prices are in US dollars and shown exclusive of tax; applicable taxes (including EU VAT) are calculated and added at checkout by Creem.

Subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. To start it you must provide a valid payment method, which Creem securely stores. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and the payment method on file is charged the plan price (Starter $29/mo, Growth $79/mo, Agency $249/mo, or the corresponding annual price if you chose annual billing), renewing automatically each billing period until you cancel. The trial length, the price, and these renewal terms are shown at checkout, where you must actively confirm them before any payment method is charged.

Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.

Billing, invoicing, and tax collection are handled by Creem (creem.io) as our merchant of record and seller of record. Your contract for the payment is with Creem, which processes your payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes (including EU VAT), and issues invoices and receipts; we never receive or store full card details. Creem's terms also apply to the payment transaction.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. We may change plans, features, and prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Because the 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the service before you are charged, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Creem's refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.

EU/EEA and UK consumers: you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Creem is the seller of record, refunds and withdrawal requests are handled through Creem; email [email protected] and we'll help you exercise them. When you ask for immediate access to a digital service, you agree that we begin performance right away and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Third-party platforms

Redditoro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Reddit, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Creem (creem.io). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their APIs' availability, changes, and limits are outside our control. Reddit and other names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Redditoro software, brand, and content, and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. You retain ownership of the content and configuration you create; you grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it in order to operate the service for you.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee specific results — including leads, sales, AI mentions, rankings, or reach — nor uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that monitoring will catch every relevant post. We also don't guarantee that any reply you publish through Redditoro will comply with a given subreddit's rules or that your Reddit account won't be moderated, suspended, or banned; that risk is yours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redditoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Redditoro harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the content you publish, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of any third-party platform's rules.

13. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including billing, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use Redditoro as a business, the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in, and to be sued only in, the courts of your country of residence where applicable law so provides. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by your use of the service.

15. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
