Questions, answered
How much do I earn?
15% of every payment a customer you referred makes, for the first 6 months after their first payment. On a Growth yearly plan that’s $118.50 per referral; on Agency yearly it’s $373.50.
How long do commissions last?
6 months from each customer’s first payment. For monthly plans that’s up to 6 monthly commissions; for yearly plans the single up-front payment falls inside the window, so you earn once per referral.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. You track clicks, referrals and your balance in the Creem partner dashboard and withdraw from there — we never touch your payment details.
How are referrals tracked?
Every partner gets a unique link. We drop a cookie that lasts 90 days, so if someone clicks today and subscribes weeks later, you still get credit. Attribution is handled automatically by Creem — no coupon code required.
What happens on refunds or chargebacks?
Commission is only paid on money that stays paid. If a customer refunds or charges back, that commission is reversed. Already-paid-out commissions aren’t clawed back.
